What is the Atomic Kodi Build?

The Atomic Kodi Build replaces your Kodi interface with an attractive, user-friendly skin that’s easy to navigate. Buttons at the bottom provide access to the following categories:

  • Movies
  • TV Shows
  • Kids
  • Sports
  • Music
  • FanFaves
  • Addons
  • System

Install The Misfit Mods Repository

The Atomic Build can presently be found in The Misfit Mods Repository. Install the repository by following the steps below. If you already have the Misfit Mods repo installed, skip to the next section to Install the Atomic Build.

  1. Open the Kodi Settings. 
  2. Select File Manager.
  1. Then select Add source.
  2. Select the box labelled < None >.
  3. Then enter the following URL exactly as you see it: http://misfitmods.com/mmwiz/repo
  4. Select OK.

Important Information If you cannot find the colon key (:) select the CAPS LOCKbutton in order to see it

  1. Tap down, then select Enter a name for this media source.
  2. Enter misfit or any other name you’d prefer to use instead to identify this media source.
  3. Then select OK.
  1. Press the back button on your remote several times until you are back at the System menu.
  2. Select Add-ons.
  1. Select Install from zip file, then select Yes if you get a warning message on the screen.
  2. Tap down, then select misfit (or any other name you used to identify this media source)
  3. Then select the zip file repository.misfitmods.zip
  4. Select OK.
  5. Wait until a confirmation message appears in the top-right corner of the screen that the installation is complete.

The Misfit Mods Repository has been successfully installed!

Install the Atomic Build

Once you have installed the repository, any Build or addon contained within it can easily be installed with just a few more steps. The Atomic Build can be installed by following the steps below.

  1. Make sure that you are in the Add-ons menu.
  2. Then select Install from repository.
  1. Select Misfit Mods Repository.
  2. Then select Program add-ons.
  3. Select Misfit Mods Wizard 19.
  4. Then select Install.
  5. Select OK.
  6. You’ll see a confirmation message in the screen’s top-right corner that the Misfit Mods Wizard 19is installed.
  1. The Wizard menu will pop up on the screen. Select Continue.
  2. Then select Build Menu.
  3. Find and select [19.0] ATOMIC (v2.7).
  4. Select (Misfit Mods Wizard) Install.
  5. Then select Yes, Install.
  1. Then wait for the Build to install. When the installation is complete, a prompt will appear on the screen to force close Kodi to save the changes. Select OK.
  1. Re-launch Kodi, and you’ll notice its appearance has changed to the new Build.
  2. Wait a few minutes for the Build to fully load.

How to Link Real-Debrid to the Atomic Build

As previously mentioned, the Atomic Build uses addons such as Ezra and Seren which only work with Real-Debrid. If you do not have a Real–Debrid account, you must set one up first. Check out my guide to Real–Debrid. Once you have an account, it’s easy to link your account to this Build. Find out how by following the steps below.

  1. Open Kodi, then choose Real-Debrid from the menu. 
  2. Tap down and select Authorise RD.
  1. Make a note of the code that is displayed on the screen, as you’ll need it in a later step.
  2. Open a web browser, then go to real-debrid.com/device.
  3. Login to your Real-Debrid account if not already logged in.
  4. Enter the code that you made a note of earlier.
  5. Then select Continue.

Your Real-Debrid account is now linked!

How to Link Trakt to the Atomic Build

As previously mentioned, the Atomic Build can be linked to your Trakt account for movie and TV show tracking. If you do not have a Trakt account, you must set one up first. Check out my guide to Trakt for more information on how to set up an account. Once you have an account, linking Trakt to this Build is easy to this Build. Find out how by following the steps below.

  1. Open Kodi, then choose Real-Debrid from the menu. 
  2. Tap down and select My Accounts.
  1. Select My Accounts Debrid.
  2. Highlight Trakt from the menu on the left.
  3. Then tap over to the right and select Authorization.
  1. Make a note of the code that is displayed on the screen, as you’ll need it in a later step.
  2. Open a web browser, then go to trakt.tv/activate.
  3. Login to your Trakt account if not already logged in.
  4. Enter the code that you made a note of earlier.
  5. Then select Continue.

Your Trakt account is now linked!

How to Use the Atomic Build

Once you’ve installed the Atomic Build, it’s easy to use the categories to start streaming movies, TV shows, sports and more.

Find out how to start streaming from the Atomic Kodi Build by following the steps below.

  1. Open Kodi.
  2. Highlight an option from the menu row, such as Movies or TV Shows.
  3. Tap up with your remote to see a selection of titles, or tap down and select an individual addon. Or choose the Movies option to view a complete list. 
  4. Select a movie/TV title.
  5. Select an addon to watch with. Remember that specific addons such as Ezra and Seren are Real-Debrid addons and require an account. I suggest selecting The Crew for excellent free streaming links.
  6. Choose a Play option. Choose Source Select to pick the streaming link yourself. Or Choose Auto Play to allow the Build to select the best link for you.
